You are distributing vegetable oil.There are 21 bottles out of 7 are full, 7are half empty and 7 are empty.The oil has to be distributed amoung 3 people.How will you distribute the oil so,that each person gets equal number of bottles and same quantity of oil?

I'll pour half of the oil from fully filled 7 bottles to the empty ones. Now I'll give each person 7 bottles which are all half filled.
