I would prefer ro wear an extra sweather rather than to us eany eletrical heating device.i would prefer to wear an extra sweater as it keeps us warm naturally while heating devices may harm us or even make us lathergic.

Heating devices are better in use as they will be able to increase the temperature of the room within minutes whereas if u wear a sweater, it will just be able to trap the heat in your body (but your body is cold). So it is better to use a heater.....
