Respected Sir,

I am, John, a regular comer in your Library. I am writing this letter to you to request you to please extend the timings of the library. I am very fond of reading books of your library as the library contians many useful and informative books. But the problem is that my coaching timing clashes with the timings of the library. My coaching starts from 4 p.m in the evening and ends at 5.30 pm. Also, the library closes at 5.30 p.m due to which I am unable to read books in the library. So, I humbly request you to please extend the timing upto 6.30 p.m so that people like me can come to the library and get benefited from it. I shall be ever grateful to you Sir!
