Explanation:1) put the mixture in bottle and close the cap

2) let the mix settle as water and oil are immiscible so the would form 2 seperate layers (above oil and water below the oil)

3)now make a small hole on the base of the bottle or the cap without disturbing the mix too much

4)the water i.e at the base would start coming out collect it in a separate beaker and you will be left with just oil in the bottle
