As we know, turmeric solution is an indicator which turns blue and red when it comes in contact with acids and bases respectively. It does not change its colour when it comes in contact with a neutral solutions.

Therefore, to identify the given solutions, we need to add some turmeric solution to all three of them. The solution which turns blue is Sodium Hydroxide as it is a base. The solution turning red would be Hydrochloric acid as it is acidic. The solution that does not change its colour is sugar solution, which is neutral.

Hope it helps!! If it does, please mark as brainliest.
