Saturated solution is the solution which has the solute in maximum amount which has the ability of dissolving.

Explanation:

  • A saturated solution of NaCl means a solution that can accommodate no more solute in it which means it has already had the amount of solute that it can hold it at room temperature.
  • Any more addition of solute in the solution will stay as it is and want mix in the solution. So, by this method it is found the difference between the NaCl that is is saturated and the one that is not saturated.
  • The one that is not saturated will be able to accommodate more solute in it will the saturated one will not be able to do that.
