I will talk to the stranger explaining him about what he did was wrong. We should not mistreat any staff  as we do not know the troubles or hardships they face, If we are in their place then we know the troubles they face. Even , disrespectful behavior should not be tolerated in the workplace as it gives rise to serious consequences such as an unpleasant environment, decreased productivity, and inefficient performance of employees .  I will also encourage the staff.
