I am a subscriber of your esteemed weekly Champak Magazine for the last three years. I enjoyed the quality content of your weekly magazine. Further I was happy with the timely delivery. However, I am now feeling let down and a bit disappointed because I have not received my subscribed copies of the magazine for three consecutive weeks even though I have renewed my subscription for another year.
Therefore, I request you to check your mailing list and subscription records and send me the three subscription copies not delivered to me. I further urge you ensure that henceforth my subscription copy is delivered to me on a regular in future.
