I am a subscriber of your esteemed Champak Magazine for the last six years. I am happy with the quality content of the magazine. Further Iwas happy with the timely delivery. However, I am now feeling disappointed because I have not received the magazine for three consecutive months even though I have renewed my subscription for another year.
Therefore, I request you to check your mailing list and subscription records and send me the three subscription copies not delivered to me. I further urge you ensure that henceforth my subscription copy is delivered to me on a regular in future.
