I think grade system is good idea to introduce for any exam. As we can see the current situation of students, Even we have seen various cases where students ruined themselves when they got fail. But the good thing about the grade system is that there is very less fail and at least some weak or ordinary students too get the grade. And they can feel better. But in division system they get fails too. which really hurts them.
