I came to know about your bad health and was very shocked to hear it . How are you feeling now? Hope you are better than before. Papa informed me that you are not keeping well and had to be taken to hospital. brother , please take care of yourself and take all the medicines in time. I hope you don't need to undergo any surgery now.

Dear brother, with medicines you have to take balanced diet too. Also, you need to exercise daily to keep yourself fit. Promise me that once you recover, you will start exercising. Please don't ignore the importance of balanced diet and exercise.

I will come to meet you next month as some important assignments are going on in my school right now. But when I come I will teach you some good exercises . Please follow the diet prescribed by doctor . Hope you recover very soon. Keep me updated about your health . Do take good care of your health. Pay my sincere regards to papa .
