sir,
with respect to the above given subject i would like to bring into your notice that i had availed a package of a 2 day trip to Agra.The tickets were dated 20th december and 21st december.I was highly dissappointed with the service of your company.The treatment of the passengers was very harsh and harmful.The food and location of stay was also very poor and the timings set by the company was very uncomfortable.i would like a refund of my money/fee as it did not fulfill its requirement.please make sure that this gets rectified and i get my money as soon as possible.
