Answer:I am writing this letter to bring to your attention the theft that has been occurring in my class and to ask for your intervention on this matter.

since the beginning of the term the pupils in my classroom have had their belongings stolen from them and up till this point in time we have failed to find out where the belongings are or who the thief is and we have failed.we  have soon sought that seeking the help of an older person might be the only chance we have in retrieving these stolen items.

on behalf of my class i sincerely ask if you could please address this issue before it is too late,so that we not only catch the culprit but retrieve  the stolen items . we believe that you can talk through the pupils so that they can realize what the right thing to do is.

i hope you will be able to address this pressing matter as you are our last hope.
