Today, I was passing through my school corridor when I saw some students littering in the ground of our school. Some also littered in the corridor. They ate chocolates and candies and threw the wrappers down there itself. The garbage bin was nearby but no efforts were shown by them to go to it and throw the garbage in there. I was really disappointed. Here, we are launching campaigns like 'Clean India' etc and students aren't even keeping their school premises clean? Pity pity! I ask many of the students to not to litter but no avail. They counter reply me. I follow strict cleanliness standards. Whenever I tell someone that they shouldn't litter here and there, they listen to it as a boring lecture. As usual, they listen and forget. There are many people like this in our country. I don't know if we can't bring such small changes in us, then how will we bring a change in our country. But, it's my duty to make people aware and take care of our surroundings. I will never complain.

Dear Diary
I saw a group of students littering in the school premises during our recess and I am extremely disappointed with the same . Plastic bags , foils , wrappers etc . were littered all over the corridor . They ignored my advice even after my repeated pleading to them for not lettering the premises .
The classrooms weren't spared either , as if it was already not enough . The School looked more like a garbage dump , fail to understand how people can be so ignorant about their actions and its consequences . I feel disgusted that our environment has to suffer because of our bad habits . I wish I could do something about it . I plan to drop a letter in the suggestion box for appointment of perfects to keep a check and ensure a clean environment at school . I hope things get better due to my suggestions .
