Respected Sir,

          Sub: Complaint regarding the bad condition of buses in Punjab-reg.

Through the columns of your newspaper, I would like to notify the authorities regarding the bad conditions of buses in Punjab.

               The government buses running in Punjab are being managed in incompetent state. The passengers frequently feel discomfort during their travel due to the lack of windowpanes. The Repeated Breakdowns annoys passengers and we are unable to reach our destinations on time. So, I request the authorities to look into the grievances of passengers and provide us a bus with good facilities for transportation throughout Punjab.
