You are Mr reigner write a diary entry expressing your gratitude towards your assistant who saved the flower ring from being stolen. Also write about how you felt when you got to know that the flower ring was missing.

Tuesday, 3rd December, 2017   I was attending to a customer who was looking at a flower ring.  He was a man who was oddly dressed.  He had chewing gum in his mouth, bright colours of trousers and shirts etc.  I still took care of him because for me “customer is God.”  When I went to take another set of ring, the man asked for the flower ring.  I got shocked, because that alone was not there.  I immediately took the man into our private chamber and started checking.  

Meanwhile, a lady had entered as for her brooch to be repaired.  My assistant informed her that it was not a repair shop and returned the brooch which had fallen while taking.  My assistant being a keen observer asked her to return the flower ring otherwise, he would call the police.  The lady returned and fled.  I sent the man because I didn’t find the ring on him.  

I was desperate when I came to know that the ring was lost and felt very happy that my assistant was able to nab the thieves with his observing nature.  The man was her partner in crime.  My assistant had requested me not to get them arrested.  Otherwise, I would have seen them behind the bars.
