My dear Friend,

I hope you are safe and sound and enjoying good health. I'm writing this letter to inform you about the disaster caused by flood in Jam'mu and Kashmir. The rainy season was quite heavy this year and caused a lot of damage to houses, crops and livestock.

The flood carried away all the essentials of life. Life has become difficult now. As the people are living under the sky and has nothing to eat. The government is not taking any steps to protect the people. In this difficult time i have decide to help these devastated people on my own.

I'm running a campaign and collecting some funds that would be very helpful for them. I'm writing you this letter to urge you to help such people.
