You are provided with a fine white coloured powder which is either sugar or salt. How would u identifying it without tasting

Sugar is acidic while salt is basic in nature. We could either identify them by their odor or else wet litmus papers.

We can identify salt or suger by its solubility . Sugars are soluble in ethyl alcohol but salts are almost insoluble .does we can identify them without tasting.
