You are provided with a mixture containing sand, iron filings, naphthalene and sodium chloride. Describe the procedures you would use to separate these constituents from the mixture.

take a magnet near to the mixture the iron fillings will get separated from the mixture of sand, iron filings, naphthalene and sodium chloride.
napthalene is separated by sublimation.
sodium chloride and sand when mixed water the sand settles down.
so the mixture is separated
