Dear Sir,
Recently due to the increase in the number of stray dogs on the roads in our area, a sudden increase in the number of accidents along with traffic jams everywhere has been observed. These animals suddenly come up on the roads and the people on the road that are driving their vehicles try to save them, but instead the people are getting injured. Due to these animals there is a traffic jam everywhere which causes a lot of delay and wastage of fuel. By means of your journal I would like to draw the attention of the concerned authorities towards this issue.
