Respected Sir/Madam,

I am a student of class 12 section 'C'. After the summer vacation, we moved in to the classroom recently and would like to pen down my concern for the unhygienic condition in the classroom. The wastes are just scattered in the floor and foul smell is emerging from the wastes. .

This results in a unhygienic condition and prone to many diseases. This also provides a favorable condition for mosquito to breed and so increasing the chances of malaria and dengue.  

So, I kindly request you to clean the classroom and to disinfect using disinfectants. I also request you to kindly place a trash can for the collection of wastes and clear the can twice a week.
