found many defects in the car you purchased from the Company. There is some defect in the gear box as

the gear gets stuck .Sometimes It can get very dangerous in heavy traffic. The horn of the car has also

stopped working. You are quite disappointed with your work. You seek either replacement or refund.​

Subject - Complaint against the purchased car.

Sir,

I am Rakesh, I purchased a car on 4 March 2020 and the bill of purchase is attached to the letter. It has been only a few days of buying the car, and it is causing a problem.

The horn of the car is not working and causing the problem. The gearbox of the car is also causing a lot of problems. This causes problem usually in traffic.

Thus, please either refund me the amount or replace the car. I am very disappointed with the service and looking forward to immediate action regarding the same.
