Dear sir/madam,
I am writing this letter to you on behalf of an unhappy customer. My name is Rav Avtar Sharma and last week I had purchased an automatic "LG Washing Machine" from your suggested shop, 'Nawab Electronics', Secunderabad.
During the installation and purchase of the machine I was quite satisfied with the features explained to me. However, only now I have realized that your electronic doesn't even work properly. Within just 6 days this machine has died down twice on me. Its also not even washing the clothes properly.
