With reference to the recent Supreme Court judgement on bursting of fire-crackers, I wish to draw your attention to the fact that fire-crackers, sparklers etc., flouting specifications laid out by the SC, are still being used in our locality. It is evident from the very bright flashes and loud noise that these fire-crackers make, causing air and noise pollution.

I request you to kindly send your team of inspectors to the Kalkaji area and take stringent action against those found breaking the law.
