I am a student of class 8(D) of your school. Unfortunately, I am suffering from Malaria presently. My exams have ended recently and I was present in exams even then.

I would like to request you grant me a leave for one week for the following dates, 23rd of February 2019 to 2nd March 2019.

Please grant me the same as doctor has suggested me strict bed rest for about one week.
