Exercise is most important thing to do. In our daily life we must do exercise in the morning and evening. Exercise makes our body healthy and strong. There is a different - different types of exercise like 'Surya Namaskar' etc. We do exercise before eating. One of the day 'yoga day' is famous in India like exercise. So we do regular exercise to make strong and healthy, Specially children and old humans.

The immediate effect of exercise is stress on the body, but with regular exercise the body adapts; it becomes stronger, functions more efficiently, and has greater endurance.
