I wish to bring it to your kind notice that I am recovering from jaundice. I had been hospitalized from December 30, 2016 to January 5, 2017. The doctor has advised me to refrain from exerting too much. Since the examinations are not very off, I want to attend all the important classes. Kindly do exempt me from attending the games and PT periods for two weeks. I shall be grateful to you. A copy of the doctor’s advisory certificate is attached to the letter for your perusal.
