Dear sir,
Recently I stayed in your hotel Reputable Cordial , a five star hotel which is one of the best hotel in Punjab, but unfortunately I didn't like your customer service, as I did payment then also they were not talking in good manners to the consumer in Hotel, also when I ordered a dish its came within 45 minutes, and when I was going outside from the hotel they would ask to give extra money for their work.I know that in most of the hotel it happens but unfortunately I didn't like the customer service of you well reputed hotel.As soon as if you wouldn't improve the servants of your hotel , your customer will usually like to go another hotel rather than staying at your hotel .I had written this letter to you personally so that others cannot know about this and you would replace new and good servants in place of old servants.
