Sir, Subject: Poorly maintained parks of New Bank Enclave I am a regular reader of this news paper and wish to use its columns to draw the attention of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi to the deplorable condition of parks in our colony. The parks were planned as safe playground for children and adults alike. They can have plenty of green plants, which can refine the air of Delhi. But, they have been neglected for long. Hardly, any trees or flowers have been planted there, the fences are broken in many places, no benches are available for people to sit. The gardeners neglect their duties , but have taken up private jobs. It is my humble request to the MCD authorities to help the Resident Association by providing the funds and manpower to do up the parks and maintain them. I hope that the concerned authorities will take appropriate action to solve the problem. Respected sir

                   Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper, I would like to draw the attention of the concerned authorities regarding the worst maintenance of the public park in my locality. Public parks are the children’ s play area and adults have a good walk every day. There were many trees which are uprooted now. It was greenery all around the park. Those trees helped in the cleaning of the environment. But now a days, the parks are being deplenished faster. This is because of the improper maintenance of the parks. The benches and the fences are broken. There are hardly a few flowering plants as well as trees. People neglect their work.  

           I will be highly grateful if my letter gets an appropriate space in your newspaper and the concerned authorities take an action to sole it by giving proper funds and manpower.
