Re:Medical leave for two weeks

This is inform you that both my parents have tested COVID-19 19 positive according to the rapid test done at home. They're in self isolation at our residence and the attack is not severe as both are inoculated against COVID-19. They need support for the basic needs of food, medicine and other emergencies. Moreover I must stay aloof and away from school as a safety measure.

Kindly sanction me medical leave for 2 weeks for others' safety and allow me to be of help to my parents in their hours of distress.
