you are rohit dutta from kolkata. you had booked a cab from relaxi cab services to go to the airport. the vehicle that was sent was too small fir your luggage. the driver not only arrived late but was also rude to you. he also overcharged you by two hundred rupees. write a letter of complaint to the customer services manager of the cab company requesting him to refund the extra money and take suitable action against the driver.

Dear sir,

I'm writing to make a formal complaint against the driver of the vehicle no. P 8764. On 26/07 I had booked a cab to go to the airport, and I was shocked by his unfriendly and absurd behavior. The driver had not only arrived late but was also rude. Moreover the vehicle sent was too small for all my luggage to fit in. He had also overcharged me of two hundred rupees after the trip.

Therefore, it is my request that before recruiting the drivers, they must be taught how to deal with the passengers.

I am writing this letter to complaint against your taxi driver.His vehicle no. is A.40533. I am Rohit Dutta. You know that yesterday I had booked a taxi from your Cab service.

But I was really very angry after see the behaviour of that taxi driver, and that Cab was also not fit for my luggage. He arrived to late also.He also overcharged you by two hundred rupees. Because of him I missed my flight.

I want to say that Kindly teach your drivers that:

"How to deal with passengers"
