SPEECH - THE IMPORTANCE OF TIME MANAGEMENT - BY THE VICE PRINCIPAL
Good morning to all the teachers and students present here. As the Vice Principal of this school it's my pleasure to address the assembly.
Everyday we have assembly but today I felt need to highlight the importance of time management. As discussed with teachers, I have come to the conclusion that the recurrent degradation in the results, in almost all the classes, is mainly due to lack of time management.
I recommend you all to prepare a timetable for your studies as well as sports activities. For this first prepare a term timetable and then prepare weekly timetable and finally daily timetable. Accordingly prioritize your studies and other activities. These timetables will give you a clear idea about the time that you are wasting and the time that you are utilizing.
Then according to the timetable allocate particular hours for each subject. Then divide these hours for studying the topic and revising the topic.
The most important thing is to exercise daily and to have healthy food. This will help you in maintaining your energy level to follow the scheduled timetable.
I hope this advice will help you in undertaking the desired efforts.
