With due respect I would like to inform you that I need three days leave due to my illness. I am a student of calss Xth in your school and my roll number is 3. Yesterday I went out with my friends and there I took ice cream because it is one of my favorite foods and I did not control myself. Weather change is also a reason of my illness. Cold can easily make me ill because from my childhood I am suffering for it. I consulted with a doctor, he said, "nothing to worry" and prescribed me not to go out for three days due to winter season.
