I want to attract the government towards the increasing rate of population. As by the the census conducted by India is 1.21 billion which is quivalent to the 17.7% of of the total world's population. and and this population will also increasing at a higher pace of 1.25 crores per year. This is not not a small value.

As a large populations is a breaker in the road of development. Therefore government should take concrete steps towards the increasing population rate to slow it down.
