I Sweta Agarwal of class VIth ‘A’ request you to grant me seven days leave starting from tomorrow.  I would like to bring to your kind notice that my paternal grandfather is not keeping well thus I have to travel to a nearby state to meet him.

I request you to permit abstinence from my regular classes for the next few days.

I will be obliged if you grant me seven days leave.
