it is all about relative velocity...

as I am looking outside the window so to me the the other things which are outside of the bus will seem to be moving due to frames of reference are different....but while as the passengers inside the bus are in the same reference of me that is why they seemed to me at rest or vise versa cause there exist a relative velocity between the outers and me but the relative velocity between the passengees and me is zero....so I may be treated as in motion or at rest in respect to different different frames of reference......
