Sir,

Through the thought provoking columns of your esteemed newspaper, I would like to draw the kind attention of the concerned authority and the general public towards the surging issue of exacting condition of public park in our locality.

Public parks are known to be the place where people come to enjoy sight seeing, exercising,walking and to make a mood of relaxation. But the situation we all residents are facing here in our locality is in sharp contrast.

The public park of the locality is in miserable condition. It is something just like a dumping ground as people throw their waste in the park. The sweepers are not coming on daily basis as they are least bothered towards their duty.

The concerned authority should implement strict rules so as for the maintenance of the public park. The dustbins should be provided so that the waste would not be scattered here and there.

I hope that you would an adequate space to my letter in your esteemed newspaper so that the general public and the concerned authority would become aware of the same.
