PROCEDURES.

1. Creating awareness on the importance of environmental conversation  among the students  in the school.

2. Establish a methodology on how to carry out the project and encourage the people to come out in large numbers so as to make the day a success.

3. Outline the criteria on how to tackle the task through coordination of different activities through small groups leader a stable instructor.

4. Outline the direction of the area to be handled the program of the session of cleaning, tree planting, construction of terraces, control of soil erosion and grass planting.

5. Encourage members to work out their best while conserving the environment because it is part of us.
