I am a native of Laxmi Nagar, Delhi, India and i would like to comment on the recent article by UNICEF (article # 123445). I was a bit amazed to see that in the article India has been rated below many Africans countries in providing Health Care Facilities to its people.
I would contradict this finding, as i see that in India there has been a betterment in this field. Many new hospitals have been constructed, concept of mobile health units have been giving facilities to areas which were unattended in past. Also government is spending more on health when compared to previous governments.
Hence i believe the situation is not so worse as depicted in your article.
