Hope you are doing well. I am also fine hear. I wrote this e-mail to share my experience about a workshop that I attended on stress management in my school and wish to tell you it's effectiveness. Stress management relieves the mins and calms your soul and you are able to do other things more nicely. Stress management may seem a heavy word, but it's not so, it just means to do the things that you enjoy or love doing. For example, I like to talk with my friends and play outdoor sports, to manage my stress.

I hope you would have understood the effectiveness of stress management. Give my wishes to Uncle and Aunt.

Dear Priyanka,

I am fine here with good mood and health and hope that you are also fine at your place. I am writing this e-mail to you to share my experience of the workshop I recently attended in my school. It was based on "Stress Management."

Our school invited MediFresh Organisation to our school on last Saturday to advise students on how to deal with stress.

The team talked about various situations where a student faces stress whether it be studies, family, other personal reasons etc. They told that stress is a normal thing and it indicates that one is working under extreme situations to achieve something. But, we should never let stress to control our minds instead it should be our mind which should be controlling the stress.

They gave us many advises on how to manage our stress levels. Some of their advises includes relaxation exercises, yoga, a good diet, engaging oneself into things which gives happiness etc.

I have started practicing yoga early morning and I have started feeling good. Early morning meditation gives a positive vibe and it helps in keeping the mind fresh throughout the day.

You should also practice it and let me know if it worked for you. After all, we all are students and we should know how to manage our schedule wisely with a calm state of mind.
