Times of India.

Respected Sir,
I am Swati Deshmukh. I live in green park, Hisar ,Haryana. I want to make you aware that the children of Haryana eat a lot of junk food.
Children of Haryana eat a lot of junk food like chips, pizzas , burgers, etc. This could make their health very bad. It could damage their health and could also make them overweight and also obese. I want that you should write an article about the disadvantages of junk food.
I hope that you'll write an article about this in your newspaper.

Thanking you,
Yours faithfully,
Swati Deshmukh

Sub: Health Hazards Caused by Junk food.

Sir,

Through the columns of your newspaper. I want to recount my experiences and sufferings as an consumer of fast food. Fast food is growing in popularity among teenagers. I too, had a craze for junk food and relished all type of such food five years ago. Little did I realise then that all those items with lots of fats, salt and spices are a potential danger to health. The first effect of junk food was visible in the form of obesity. I became overweight. The doctors advised me to reduce weight by running, jogging and doing exercises. I felt healthlessness and exhaustion too soon. The accumulated fat and excessive weight increased the load on my heart and I became a victim of heart disease. Now I have been forced by circumstances to hive up fast food altogether.

I would, therefore, request all persons, especially the teenagers, to avoid junk food. They are very bad for health. Simple, home-made food, cooked hygienically, is the best food for us.

I am confident that you will publicise my views.

Yours truly

Swati
