Sub: To provide my views on the increasing attack on senior citizens
Sir,
Through the esteemed columns of your newspaper I would like to present my views on the increasing attack on senior citizens and people living alone at my locality.
I am Tanvi, a resident of P.R Garden Apartments, Bangalore. I have noticed a day by day increase in the crime rates at our locality and most of these are targeted at senior citizens and people who live alone. I would like to suggest the people who live alone to be always cautious and to learn basic self defense techniques. Also kindly avoid walking through dark and stranded alleys especially at night.
I kindly request the concerned authorities to take necessary measures against this situation and ensure that these attacks do not take place.
