You are the cultural secretary of your institution. Write a report in 250 words of a meeting he'll to discuss the forthcoming annual day celebrations.

Today, on 17th March, our Principal-Dr. Gaikwad, the staff, and the house captains decided to hold a meeting to discuss the plans and functions regarding the 20th Annual Day Celebration of S.M.R.K.-B.K.-A.K. Mahila Mahavidyalaya. The meeting lasted for 2 hours and a lot of debate, discussion, and planning took place. After much deliberation, it has been decided that the function will be held in the Patankar Auditorium, where the Chief Guest, D.I.G Dhananjay Kamlakar, will be reaching the event by 1800 hours. He will be given a traditional welcome, following which he will cut the ribbon and declare the twentieth annual day celebration open. The event will begin with a prayer dance representing the Indian culture performed by the students of commerce faculty, junior college. Then there will a music performance by the students of 11th home science faculty. Next we have small skit on War and Peace which will be conducted by the students of arts faculty, senior college. Many other programs like drama, mime skit, speech, etc. will be conducted by the various faculties and the staff members. The event will be ended by the prize distribution and the concluding speech by the chief guest and principal.

ANNUAL DAY PROGRAM :- 23 Mar, 2015....... Our school is going to held an Annual program on 28 march 2015 on Monday . The program will be celebrated with fun and enjoyable. So as a cultural secretary of our school - I have decided many programmes which will be celebrated on Annual day that will keep a memorable day in your life. Myself and the principle of our institution have decided to organise some dance and art Appreaciation programmes on Annual programme. So I kindly request some students to join in this programmes which will helpful for us to finish the programme successfully. I request you to register your name within this week so that you can get practice from your dance teachers. There are certain other programmes which will be held on this day if your interested to join those programmes please register your name as soon as possible. I request all the students to maintain complete silence at the time of programme and enjoy the programme withour disturbing others ! Thank you for your cooperation:)
