Sub: Response to the Invitation.
Dear Members of the Club,
First of all, I would like to thank you with all my heart for the warm and beautiful invitation. A big congratulation from my side for the commencement of the literary club.
I would love to attend the inaugural function on 20th June 2019 but I’m much obliged to let you know that I can spare only a maximum of 15 minutes for the event as I accepted an invitation to attend an award function on the same evening. So I would like to be there at around 4 ‘o’ clock and can spare around 10 — 15 minutes.
So, do let me know if my proposal is amicable for you.
