The stock of medicines in our school is very limited and is about to finish. As a result, we would like to place an order for a few medical requirements from your retail outlet.

I want to say that the medicines in the our school stock is limited and can finish after a few cases of treatment. As a result of this condition, I would like to place an order for the medicines that are about to finish. Also, kindly crosscheck the medicines as various medicines in the previous parcel were expired. Apart from that, consider giving appreciative discount for the bulk order so that we can maintain a longer customer-company relationship.
