Subject: Complaint regarding late delivery of books

Sir/ma'am

I am writing this letter to call your attention towards the delayed delivery of the books that were ordered.

It has happened frequently that the demanded books are not delivered at time. This is so unpolite. Our school and your publications have been working in harmony for years and years. I don't understand the point in loosening this bond.

I'm sorry but this insincerity cannot be tolerated anymore. I want the one in authority to take action at the earliest possible moment and notify me about the same.

Yours truly

Kendall

A letter of complaint to a book dealer for the delay in the delivery of books:

Date: 10.09.2019

From,

         CST Secondary School,

         Calcutta.

To,

The Welldone publications,

Bazaar Street,

Calcutta.

Sir/Madam,

Reg: Delay in the supply of the 12th standard English Books.

I am Mrs. Samaira, a librarian in charge of the Books sections writing to you. Despite my constant reminders, you have not sent the orders placed by me for the books. I hope you understand that the school is likely to reopen soon. Please let me know if you can provide the books ordered. If you cannot deliver the orders by this week, I shall make other alternative arrangements. This is my final warning. Do act immediately.

Thanking you,

Yours truly,

Samaira.
