Dear Sir,
Goodafternoon and hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to inform you that you have not send me the book that I ordered a month ago and the due date was last week. I am unable to answer to the students and the teachers on why the school library has not recieved the book yet. I mean I wouldn’t like to cancel my order but I think I should be doing that, because this is definately not the first time your company is doing this, and it is really hard to find a closer company to our school. I hope you can send the book by the end of this week, and if you don’t send me the book I might have to cancel my order. I hope you take in consideration of my complaint.
