Answer:

If I become a Education Minister then I would make changes like these type:

I would bring up a college entrance exam like SAT in India , makes students aware of the opportunity in each subject and choosing the correct stream and degree and make education system stress free.

1. Reduce the number of administrators by 30%

2. Sack the bottom 5% of teachers based on student outcomes

3. Stop paying for extra qualifications - there’s no evidence that they contribute to student outcomes

4. Put teachers on a 1 year rolling contract for the first five years of their careers. Subsequently extend it to 3, then 5, with rigorous assessments.

5. End longevity payments.

6. Make teacher education more practical

7. Get the department of Social Services to pay for social work done at schools, and the Department of Health to pay for healthcare and screening done at schools. Let teachers focus on teaching

8. Improve teachers pay with the money saved above

9. Prosecute parents of truanting students.

10. Ensure numeracy, literacy and articulacy at all levels before advancement to the next year group.

hope this will help you.
