Respected Sir/Madam,
I am the physical instructor of St. Jesus and Mary's school, Agra. Just a few days ago that is 12th April,our school ordered sports items from the Student Interprises . The order was :
- Badminton Racquets = 20 pair
- Footballs = 30 pieces
- Skipping ropes = 25 pieces
- Cricket kit (Whole) = 10 kits
- Basketballs = 15 pieces
- Hurdles = 50 pieces
The order number was OD2476018. The order was received on 20th April,2019.
It was already told that if the order is delivered late it would be cancelled but still school adjusted. It was guaranteed that the sports goods will not be defected but most of the the items were not in a good condition.
All the hurdles were not at all in the condition to be used. Whereas many of the footballs had holes in them. The cricket kits required by the school were 10 but the school received only 6 of them. The quality of the items is not as their price.
Kindly replace the defective goods that the order contain. The goods to be replaced :
- 16 footballs
- 50 pieces of hurdles
- And more 4 cricket kits which weren't delivered.
It's a request to be more careful next time.
