       Invitation to learn goodness of yoga

Yoga s practiced to bring our physical, mental and spiritual characters together and make them flow through our body equally. Our school is organizing a program for us to learn the goodness and benefits of the yoga. This program is combined with people from "Vethathiri Maharishi Yoga and Kaya Kalpa Research Foundation". I kindly request all the students to attend this program and be healthy.
